How do I find a specific product on your Website?
   

To locate a specific type of product e.g. daysack, enter a word or partial word in the search box on the left-hand side of the page. The text you enter IS NOT case sensitive, so don't worry about mixing upper and lower case letters. Alternatively, you can browse through the product categories using the navigation on the left-hand side of the page.

   
Can I make a telephone purchase rather than use the website?
   

Yes. You can order direct via telephone. Simply call 01962 887226 during normal opening hours.

   
I would prefer not to pay online. Is there another way to pay?
   

You can also make payment by cheque, if you wish. Cheques are to be made payable to "Central Bank Worthy Down". You can make this request during the purchase process.

   
How do I get my receipt?
   

Your receipt will be forwarded to you with your order.

   
When is my order charged to my payment card?
   

When you purchase at shopagc.co.uk your order will normally be processed on the day that we receive it, with your card being charged at this time. If you order by telephone, in most instances, your order will be processed immediately and your card will be charged at this time.

   
Is it safe to pay online via shopagc.co.uk with my debit or credit card?
   

Shopping using a card has now become an accepted way to pay for goods or services. We are all comfortable with handing our card to a shop assistant or waiter, or giving our card details to someone on the other end of the telephone.

For many people however putting card details into a web site is still uncomfortable, as we are not sure what is happening to the information we are submitting or where it is going.

When you shop with shopagc.co.uk you can be assured that your card details are securely encrypted during transport over the Internet so no one can read your card information. The card details are only transported to a Bank to authorise your purchase.

   
How long will it take for my product(s) to be delivered?
   

Most products can be delivered in 3 to 5 days; however certain products are delivered directly by the manufacturer and may take longer. The delivery time for these products is clearly indicated on the product page.

   
If I order more than one product, will they all be delivered together?
   

We will normally deliver all of your items together. If this is not possible we will advise you accordingly. Some products (crystal, etc.) will be delivered by courier separately, although you may not need to be at home for this type of delivery.

Items that are delivered direct by the manufacturer might not arrive at the same time as items delivered by the normal delivery service. Please note that you only pay one delivery charge per order.
